Shipping policy

Yumeshop ships across India from Delhi through trusted courier partners, and offers same-day delivery in Delhi.

Shipping charges

  • Free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above.
  • Flat ₹99 shipping on orders below ₹999.

Same-day delivery in Delhi

  • Orders placed and paid before 2 pm (Monday to Saturday) with a Delhi delivery address are delivered the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm are delivered the next working day.
  • Free same-day delivery on orders of ₹1,499 and above.
  • Orders below ₹1,499 pay a nominal same-day delivery charge of ₹149, shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram and Faridabad: same-day delivery is available on request. WhatsApp us at +91 84472 70551 before 2 pm with your order number or the products you want, and we will confirm availability and the delivery charge.
  • Same-day delivery depends on stock and rider availability. If we cannot deliver your order the same day, we will tell you and deliver it the next day, or refund the same-day delivery charge.

Dispatch and delivery times

  • Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas, including parts of the North-East and J&K, may take a little longer.

Delivery times are estimates from our courier partners and can be affected by weather, festivals or other events outside our control.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email/SMS. You can also contact us with your order number for an update.

Payment

We currently accept prepaid orders only: UPI or bank transfer. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at the moment.

Packaging

Collectibles, LEGO® sets and figures are packed with extra padding to protect the product and box. Please record an unboxing video when you open your parcel; see our Refund Policy for why this matters.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please check your address, pin code and phone number before ordering. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we can re-ship it once the extra shipping cost is paid, or refund the order value minus shipping charges.

International shipping

We currently ship within India only.
